Shavon Soto of East 4th Street is wanted for felony possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, unauthorized use of registration and required financial responsibility, Bethlehem Police said in a Wednesday release.

The charges stem from an unspecified incident that occurred on May 17, police said.

Soto is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds, authorities said.

Soto, 29, previously made headlines in March 2020 when he was seen on Facebook live jumping out of a car with stolen tags just before the vehicle ran down a hill and hiding in a nearby home’s aquarium, LehighValleyLive reported.

He also faced past charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment following an alleged domestic dispute in July of the same year, the report says.

Anyone with information about Soto’s location is asked to contact the BPD tip line at 610-691-6660, email bethlehempolice@bethlehem-pa.gov or use the Northampton County Non-Emergency line at 610-865-7187.
